Cannot see Lightspeed Sales in Xero
- Not all the required fields are filled in
- Please check your integration fields and make sure that all required fields are filled in
- Also make sure that both Lightspeed K series and Xero are connected properly
- You can see how the integration should be setup from Lightspeed K Series to Xero Setup
- Your Lightspeed location is incorrect
- Please make sure that the location shown within the lightspeed K Series connection is correct
- If it is not correct please select the correct business location and save the integration
- Your Xero organisation is incorrect
- Please make sure that the Xero organisation selected is correct
- If it is not the wanted organisation select the organisation
- If the organisation is not present within the dropdown press on 'Connect another Xero organisation' present under the dropdown
- After adding the organisation make sure to select the organisation and press save
- Check your inbox for the email address entered in the field Send Email Notifications to (comma separated) (optional) to see if you received any errors
