Lightspeed K Series to Deputy Setup
What it does
Automatically inputs Lightspeed sales into Deputy. This helps to determine the peek times of the restaurant and helps determine the best schedule for the employees.
What you will need
- Lightspeed K Series account
- Deputy account
- ilglu account
Steps to create and active the integration
- Find the integration
- Connect to Lightspeed K Series
- Connect to Deputy
- Fill in the fields in ilglu
1. Find the integration
- Login to ilglu (https://www.ilglu.com/login)
- After logging in you will be redirected to the dashboard (https://www.ilglu.com/dashboard)
Find the Lightspeed Restaurant K Series to Deputy integration and press on 'Go to Glu'
To create a new integration press on 'Add New' at the top right
- Now you are within the new integration settings page
2. Connect to Lightspeed K Series
3. Connect to Deputy
4. Fill in the fields in ilglu
- Fill in the integration form as follows:
- Deputy Operational Unit: select the preferred default operational unit to allocate the lightspeed sales with.
- Deputy Operation Unit per Accounting Category (optional): if you want to allocate sales to a specific operational unit in deputy based on the Lightspeed K Series Accounting categories, turn on the toggle
- After turning on this option make sure to map the lightspeed K Series Accounting Categories with their respective Deputy Operational units
- Emails (comma separated) (optional): enter emails to receive email notifications in case of any errors.
Press the 'Save' button to save the integration
To active the integration press the 'Enable' button, select the subscription you prefer and press 'Add to my plan' to start the subscription and the integration
