Gloria Food to Lightspeed Restaurant K Series Setup

What it does:

This integration automatically send order details from Gloria Food to Lightspeed Restaurant K Series and issue the receipt accordingly. 

What you need:

• An account with ilglu
  • If you do not have an account please create an account through https://www.ilglu.com/register
• Gloria Food account
• Lightspeed K Series account

Steps to create and activate the integration

1. Create integration with ilglu
2. Add ilglu integration with GloriaFood
3. Add Gloria Food restaurant key to ilglu and map menu items 

1. Create integration with ilglu

1. Login to ilglu (https://www.ilglu.com/login)
2. After logging in you will be redirected to the dashboard (https://www.ilglu.com/dashboard).

3. Find the Gloria Food to Lightspeed integration and press on 'Go to Glu'

   

4. To create a new integration press on 'Add New' at the top right.

   

5. Fill in the integration form as follows:
   • Integration Name: any name used to refer to your integration
   • Take Away Accounting Profile: printing profile for take away orders found on Lightpseed
   • Delivery Accounting Profile (Default): printing profile for delivery orders found on Lightpseed
   • Info Note SKU (optional): enter FT1
   • Payment Method: select the payment method that will be used when printing
   • Lightspeed Order Type: lightspeed order types used during printing
   • Lightspeed Print Order Details Method: setting on lightspeed when printing an order
     • Add Delivery Info to Note: prints additional details at the end of the receipt as a note
     • Add Delivery Info as Line Item: prints additional details with every item within the order like a comment
     • Add Delivery Info as Note & Line Item: prints additional details at the end of the receipt as a note and with every item within the order like a comment
     • Use standard setting
   • Lightspeed Menu: select the menu that is found in lightspeed
   • Sync Start Date
   • Send Email Notifications to (comma separated): enter the email address to be used to receive notifications. Multiple emails can be entered and split using a comma (,)

6. Press the 'Save' button to save the integration

   

7. Press the 'Enable' button to activate the integration, select the payment plan and 'Add to my plan' to start subscription

   

8. Copy the 'restaurant token' field. Which in the below example would be 'c8f430e0-f8e1-408a-8904-3bacc1382273'

   

2. Add ilglu integration with GloriaFood

1. Go to https://www.restaurantlogin.com/admin/public/login

2. From the configuration site go to integrations

   

3. Press the 'Add custom integration' button
4. Fill in the integration form as follows:
   • Template (Modello): Push Accepted Orders
   • URL endpoints (Endpoint URL): https://y7fhcse6h1.execute-api.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/live/wh/gloriaFoodLightspeedKSeries
   • Server Key: press on create or CREA to generate
   • Custom fields (Campi personalizzati)
     • Venue token (Token del Locale): paste the restaurant token copied from your ilgu integration at Step 1.8
   • Order Types (Tipi di Ordine): choose all order types

   • Chose default / All delivery zones to pass all orders to lighspeed

     

   • Order Status (Stato Ordine): Accepted (Accettato)  only - send only accepted orders to Wolt Drive
   • Frequency: Send once, when the order is accepted
   • API vendor contact email (Email di contatto del fornitore API): christabelle@ilglu.com
5. Press 'Abilita' (Save) to save the settings

3. Add Gloria Food restaurant key to ilglu and map menu items 

1. From the details showing of the gloria Food integration, copy the restaurant key. If you cannot see the restaurant key field refresh the page.

2. Go back to your integration at ilglu.com and paste the restaurant key in the 'Gloria Food Restaurant Key' field. This is used to get the Gloria Food menu to allow you to adjust item or category weights 

   

3. You will now see the Menu items that are present within your Gloria Food at the bottom of the integration settings. If you cannot see them, press 'Save', go back, refresh and edit the integration
4. Go through the Gloria Food menu items and map them with your lightspeed items. 
   • if you mismatch an item it will not print correctly on the receipt therefore this is a very important step.

NOTE: All orders will be printed on the date received. Orders for a later date will be printed on the date the order was made.
