Wolt to Lightspeed K Series Setup
What it does
This integration receives all accepted orders made through the wolt app to the Lightspeed K Series tablet and printers. Upon receiving the order, receipts are printed based on the printing profile specified during the setup.
If an error occurs while sending the order to lightspeed an email will be sent to the email addresses enter within the settings.
If an error occurs due to an sku not existing within lightspeed K Series, an email will be sent to the email addresses entered within the settings. In addition a paper will be printed at the receipt printer informing the restaurant that the order did not print due to an invalid sku. If enabled within the settings, another order will be sent to lightspeed K Series with the sku as free text.
What you will need
- Account with ilglu
- Wolt api key and Venue ID
- Account with lightspeed K Series
Steps to create and activate the integration
- Find the integration
- Connect to lightspeed K Series
- Fill in the fields in ilglu
- Provide the client secret, webhook endpoint and venue name to wolt
1. Find the integration
- Login to ilglu (https://www.ilglu.com/login)
- After logging in you will be redirected to the dashboard (https://www.ilglu.com/dashboard)
Find the Wolt to Lightspeed Restaurant K Series integration and press on 'Go to Glu'
To create a new integration press on 'Add New' at the top right
- Now you are within the new integration settings page
2. Connect to lightspeed K Series

3. Fill in the fields in ilglu
- Fill in the integration form as follows:
- API key: enter the api key retrieved from wolt
- Integration Name: any name used to refer to your integration
- Pickup Accounting Profile (optional): enter the lightspeed profile when printing for pickup orders
- Delivery Accounting Profile (Default): enter the lightspeed profile when printing for delivery orders
- Wolt Venue ID: enter the venue ID retrieved from wolt
- Info Note SKU (FT1) (optional): enter the sku used in lightspeed for notes
- This is used for the note item, and items that have no sku and no sub items
- BCRS SKU (optional): enter the sku used in lightspeed for BCRS
- Testing phone number (optional): enter phone number to be used to send a testing order
- If this is filled in, any bolt order that does not match the phone number will not be sent to lightspeed
- Only bolt orders that match the specific phone number will be passed to lightspeed
- Resend if order failed due to invalid SKU (optional): option to resend orders that have failed due to an invalid SKU
- Off: you will receive an email and printed note that the order failed due to the specific sku
- On: the order will be sent to lightspeed again but with the SKU replaced with the info note sku

Lightspeed business timezone (optional): timezone used within your lightspeed business
- used to send the order to lightspeed in the same timezone of the restaurant.
- Payment Method: payment method to be used when sending the order to lightspeed
- Lightspeed Print Order Details Method: select method to use when printing order details
- Send Email Notifications to (comma separated) (optional): enter emails to receive email notifications in case of invalid sku, lightspeed printing error, lightspeed connection error.
Press the 'Save' button to save the integration
To active the integration press the 'Enable' button, select the subscription you prefer and press 'Add to my plan' to start the subscription and the integration
4. Provide client secret, webhook endpoint and venue name to wolt
- Webhook endpoint: https://api.ilglu.com/wolt/orderNotification
- Client secret: this value is unique per business
- This can be found at the end of the integration settings
- Copy your client secret and give it to your wolt communicator
- Venue name: the name of your venue with wolt
