How to use Scales with Lightspeed K Series

After the setup has been completed you can use the web extension created on the lightspeed ipad. This will be shown as a button.

To scan a bar code press on the newly created button. This will open the web extension on the ipad.

You can then use the ipad camera to scan the items.

Once all the items have been scanned, press on send order. You can specify a collection name so you could identify the order.

The order is then sent to lightspeed.

To make changes or view the order, go to the orders on the ipad and select the order made.

If your item is a group or a combo, you can select the items you want to add to the order.

You can also add items to a table. This is done by first selecting the table then pressing on the button. When the order is sent you will need to open the table again to view the details

A button "Refresh lightspeed menu" is also present. This is to be used when you are sure the item exists within lightspeed but when scanning it shows sku not found. This will retrieve a fresh menu from lightspeed. You would then be able to rescan the code and continue accordingly.

If the camera to scan does not show please close the ipad fully from running in background mode and reopen. This is a known issue even from lightspeed.
