Gloria Food to Wolt Drive setup

What it does:

This integration automatically sends the order details from Gloria Food to Wolt Drive to deploy their courier to your restaurant and deliver the order to the customer.

What you need:

You need the following from Wolt Drive:
- Merchant ID
- Venue ID
- Merchant Key
An account with ilglu
- If you do not have an account please create an account through https://www.ilglu.com/register

Steps to create and activate the integration

Add ilglu integration with Gloria Food
Add Gloria Food restaurant key to ilglu and set sizes
Add web extension to lightspeed for easy access (optional)

1. Create integration with ilglu

Login to ilglu (https://www.ilglu.com/login)
After logging in you will be redirected to the dashboard (https://www.ilglu.com/dashboard).
Find the Gloria Food to Wolt Drive integration and press on 'Go to Glu'
To create a new integration press on 'Add New' at the top right.
Fill in the integration form as follows:
- Integration Name: any name used to refer to your integration
- Wolt Drive Merchant ID: merchant ID from Wolt Drive
- Wolt Drive Merchant Key: merchant key from Wolt Drive
- Wolt Drive Venue ID: venue ID from Wolt Drive
- Accept orders from this email only (for testing) (optional):
  - Can be left empty
  - Used to test the system by only allowing orders from the specified email address to pass to Wolt Drive for delivery
- Test integration (does not send order to wolt drive but tests connection) (optional): When this is true it checks that a connection can successfully be created with wolt drive. You should see it within the wolt drive status page of the location but it does not get sent to wolt drive to request a courier
- Enter email address to receive error or order rejected emails: email address that will receive emails if an error occurs during the process or if an order is rejected from Wolt Drive
- Enter opening time (HH:mm): time when the venue opens
  - If left blank all orders will show
  - If filled in, non ongoing orders will only show if they were completed an hour before the opening time.
- Gloria Food Menu Items sizing: this is used to help Wolt Drive determine what type of courier to send
  - Default Values: these values will be used if the specific item category does not have any values
    - Default width in cm
    - Default height in cm
    - Default depth in cm
    - Default weight in grams or Default weight (default options)
      - default options include 500g, 1kg, 1.5kg or 2kg
Press the 'Save' button to save the integration
Press the 'Enable' button to activate the integration and 'Add to my plan' to start subscription
Copy the 'restaurant token' field. Which in the below example would be 'c8f430e0-f8e1-408a-8904-3bacc1382273'

2. Add ilglu integration with Gloria Food

Go to https://www.restaurantlogin.com/admin/public/login
From the configuration site go to integrations
Press the 'Add custom integration' button
Fill in the integration form as follows:
- Template (Modello): Push Accepted Orders
- URL endpoints (Endpoint URL): https://y7fhcse6h1.execute-api.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/live/wh/gloriaFoodToWoltDriveClient
- Server Key: press on create or CREA to generate
- Custom fields (Campi personalizzati)
  - Venue token (Token del Locale): paste the restaurant token copied from your ilgu integration at Step 1.8
- Order Types (Tipi di Ordine): choose only orders to be delivered
- If not all delivery areas will be delivered with Wolt Drive chose custom selection and select accordingly
- Order Status (Stato Ordine): Accepted (Accettato) only - send only accepted orders to Wolt Drive
- Frequency: Send once, when the order is accepted
- API vendor contact email (Email di contatto del fornitore API): christabelle@ilglu.com
Press 'Abilita' (Save) to save the settings

3. Add Gloria Food restaurant key to ilglu and set sizes

From the details showing of the gloria Food integration, copy the restaurant key. If you cannot see the restaurant key field refresh the page.
Go back to your integration at ilglu.com and paste the restaurant key in the 'Gloria Food Restaurant Key' field. This is used to get the Gloria Food menu to allow you to adjust item or category weights
Scroll down to find the Gloria Food Menu Items sizing and adjust sizes accordingly.

To enter sizes for specific items press on the toggle next to the item category name
Wolt Drive uses to following to determine what type of courier to send
- 9kg to 18kg - Large bag ( 50 x 46 x 53 (cm))
- 18kg to 25kg - Car or a large bag
- 25kg or more - Car

4. Add web extension to lightspeed for easy access (optional)

Copy the Web Extension link provided on your ilglu integration
Go to lightspeed > Configuration > Settings > Web extensions
Press of 'Add a new web extensions'
Enter any name, paste the link in the URLs field and tick the 'Provide a JavaScript context to the page to load' option.
Register the web extension
Go to Menu management > menus > select the menu to add the web extension
Select the main screen where the web extension button will be added
Press of 'Add a button' and choose 'Web extensions'
Find the extension you created and add the button
Refresh the back office from the ipad and the setup is complete

To view incoming order and status with wolt drive copy the link at the bottom of the ilglu integration and open it on any web browser. (replacement of step 4)
