Wolt to MyTec

What it does

This integration receives all accepted orders made through the wolt app to the MyTec. Upon receiving the order, receipts are printed and items sent to their corresponding KDS screen. (This is setup with mytec 

If an error occurs while sending the order to MyTec an email will be sent to the email addresses enter within the settings.

What you will need

• Account with ilglu
• Wolt api key, Venue ID, Menu username and password
• Account with MyTec
• Store ID, brand code and API key from MyTec

Steps to create and activate the integration

1. Find the integration
2. Fill in the fields in ilglu
3. Provide the client secret, webhook endpoint and venue name to wolt
4. Inform MyTec to send webhooks to ilglu

1. Find the integration

1. Login to ilglu (https://www.ilglu.com/login)
2. After logging in you will be redirected to the dashboard (https://www.ilglu.com/dashboard)
3. Find the Wolt to MyTec integration and press on 'Go to Glu'
4. To create a new integration press on 'Add New' at the top right
5. Now you are within the new integration settings page

2. Fill in the fields in ilglu

1. Fill in the integration form as follows:
   • API key: enter the api key retrieved from wolt
   • Username: enter the username retrieved from wolt
   • Password: enter the password retrieved from wolt
   • MyTec API key: enter the api key retrieved from myTec
   • Integration Name: any name used to refer to your integration
   • StoreID: enter the storeID received from myTec
   • Country Code: select the country code for the integration
   • Brand Code: enter the brand code retrieved from myTec
   • Wolt Venue ID: enter the venue ID retrieved from wolt
   • Testing phone number (optional): enter phone number to be used to send a testing order
     • If this is filled in, any wolt order that does not match the phone number will not be sent to lightspeed
     • Only bolt orders that match the specific phone number will be passed to lightspeed
   • Send Email Notifications to (comma separated) (optional): enter emails to receive email notifications in case of order failure.

2. Press the 'Save' button to save the integration

   

3. To active the integration press the 'Enable' button, select the subscription you prefer and press 'Add to my plan' to start the subscription and the integration

3. Provide client secret, webhook endpoint and venue name to wolt

• Webhook endpoint: https://api.ilglu.com/wolt/orderNotification
• Client secret: this value is unique per business
  • This can be found at the end of the integration settings
  • Copy your client secret and give it to your wolt communicator 
• Venue name: the name of your venue with wolt

4. Inform MyTec to send webhooks to ilglu
