Multi table reservations not linking tables in lightspeed K Series

If a reservation is made for multiple tables but when the reservation is seated there is only 1 table opened on lightspeed K Series check the following

  • Device assigned to open reservations orders
    • Go to Lightspeed K Series -> Integrations -> reservations
    • Find ilglu Reservations and press more details


    • Scroll down and find the text "Assign devices to open reservations orders"
      • Make sure your ipads are selected to receive reservations
    • Your settings should then automatically be saved.
    • Refresh your ipad and try again
