What is HubRise?
HubRise is a restaurant management platform that connects your POS system, online ordering, delivery platforms, and other restaurant tools. By connecting HubRise to iLGLU, you can:
- Automatically receive orders from HubRise
- Sync menu items between systems
- Manage customer data across platforms
- Streamline your restaurant operations
Prerequisites
Before connecting to HubRise, you need:
- An active iLGLU account with a valid location (https://app.ilglu.com)
- A HubRise account with a business and location set up (https://manager.hubrise.com/)
How to Connect
Step 1: Access Location Settings
- Log in to your iLGLU account
- Navigate to your location settings
- Look for the Connected Technologies section at the bottom
- Find the HubRise integration option and select
Step 2: Initiate the Connection
- Click on "Connect to HubRise"
- You'll be redirected to the HubRise authorization page
- If you're not already logged into HubRise, you'll need to log in with your HubRise credentials

Step 3: Authorize the Connection
- On the HubRise authorization page, you'll see:
- The iLGLU app requesting access to your HubRise account
- A list of permissions being requested
Your business and location information
Review the permissions carefully. iLGLU typically requests access to:
- Read your menu items
- Read your orders
- Access your business information
Manage webhooks for real-time updates
Click "Allow" to grant permission

Step 4: Complete the Connection
After authorization, you'll be redirected back to iLGLU
The system will automatically:
- Save your HubRise credentials
- Test the connection
- Sync your menu items (if available)
- Set up webhook notifications
- You should see a confirmation message that the connection was successful

Step 5: Verify the Connection
- In your iLGLU location settings, you should now see:
- HubRise: Connected status
- Your HubRise business name
Last sync timestamp
Test the connection by:
- Checking if menu items appear in iLGLU
- Placing a test order in HubRise (if possible)
- Verifying the order appears in iLGLU
What Happens After Connection?
Once connected, iLGLU will:
Automatic Order Processing
- Receive orders from HubRise in real-time
- Store order data including customer information, items, and payments
Menu Item Synchronization
- Sync menu items from HubRise to iLGLU
- Update item information when changes are made in HubRise
Customer Data Management
- Manage customer profiles from order data
- Manage delivery addresses and contact information
- Track customer order history
