Managing Your Connection


Viewing Connection Status

To check your HubRise connection status:

  1. Go to your location settings in iLGLU
  2. Navigate to the Integrations section
  3. Look for the HubRise integration
  4. Check the connection status and last sync time

Disconnecting from HubRise

To disconnect from HubRise:

  1. Go to your location settings in iLGLU
  2. Find the HubRise integration
  3. Click "Disconnect"
  4. Confirm the disconnection

Note: Disconnecting will stop automatic order syncing and may affect your restaurant operations.


Reconnecting to HubRise

To reconnect to HubRise:

  1. Follow the same steps as the initial connection
  2. You may need to re-authorize the connection
  3. The system will automatically sync any missed data

Security and Privacy

Your data is secure when connecting to HubRise:


  • Limited permissions ensure iLGLU only accesses necessary data
  • Secure storage protects your credentials and data

Note: Customer data can be deleted (in process)

Keep Credentials Updated

  • Use strong passwords for HubRise
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Keep your HubRise account information current

Regular Maintenance

  • Check connection status if there's a change in credentials or access
  • Check connection status weekly

Success Indicators


Your HubRise connection is working properly when:

  • You see "HubRise: Connected" in iLGLU
  • Orders appear in iLGLU after being placed in HubRise
  • Menu items are synced between systems
  • Customer data is properly managed
  • Webhook notifications are working
