How It Works

Order Flow

  1. Order Creation: When a customer places a delivery order in your ILGLU system
  2. Automatic Transfer: The order is automatically sent to Shipday via our integration
  3. Shipday Processing: Shipday handles driver assignment and delivery management
  4. Status Updates: Shipday sends status updates back to ILGLU via webhooks
  5. Synchronization: Order status is synchronized between both systems

What Gets Transferred

Customer Information:

  • Name, phone number, and email
  • Delivery address with coordinates (if available)
  • Special delivery instructions

Order Details:

  • Order items with names, quantities, and prices
  • Total order cost, delivery fees, and tips
  • Expected pickup and delivery times
  • Payment method information

Business Information:

  • Restaurant name and contact details
  • Pickup address and coordinates

Managing Orders

Viewing Orders

  • In ILGLU: All orders appear in your standard order management interface
  • In Shipday: Orders are visible in your Shipday dashboard with delivery status
  • Status Sync: Order status changes from Shipday are automatically synchronized to ILGLU

Updating Orders

  • Order Modifications: Changes to orders in ILGLU are automatically updated in Shipday
  • Status Updates: Order status changes are synchronized between systems
  • Cancellations: Cancelled orders are automatically removed from Shipday

Order Management

  • Create Orders: New orders are automatically sent to Shipday
  • Edit Orders: Order modifications are synchronized
  • Delete Orders: Cancelled orders are removed from Shipday
  • Status Changes: Status updates flow both ways
