How It Works
Order Flow
- Order Creation: When a customer places a delivery order in your ILGLU system
- Automatic Transfer: The order is automatically sent to Shipday via our integration
- Shipday Processing: Shipday handles driver assignment and delivery management
- Status Updates: Shipday sends status updates back to ILGLU via webhooks
- Synchronization: Order status is synchronized between both systems
What Gets Transferred
Customer Information:
- Name, phone number, and email
- Delivery address with coordinates (if available)
- Special delivery instructions
Order Details:
- Order items with names, quantities, and prices
- Total order cost, delivery fees, and tips

Managing Orders
Viewing Orders
- In ILGLU: All orders appear in your standard order management interface
- In Shipday: Orders are visible in your Shipday dashboard with delivery status
- Status Sync: Order status changes from Shipday are automatically synchronized to ILGLU
Updating Orders
- Order Modifications: Changes to orders in ILGLU are automatically updated in Shipday
- Status Updates: Order status changes are synchronized between systems
- Cancellations: Cancelled orders are automatically removed from Shipday
Order Management
- Create Orders: New orders are automatically sent to Shipday
