Why are my bolt or wolt orders not passing into lightspeed or not passing properly into lightspeed?
The following are potential issues that might cause an issue with the orders being passed into lightspeed
- Order has an invalid sku
- To Handle this issue we allow resending the order if there is an invalid sku
Action to be taken: Go to your ilglu account and update the integration settings. There is an option to resend if order failed due to invalid sku
- Mapping is not done properly
- If an item has the wrong sku mapped, the item name will be shown differently on the system. Additionally this can affect on which receipts the item is printed on
- Action to be taken: Go to your bolt or wolt (based on the integration) menu editors and check the item sku with the sku present within lightspeed.
- Within Wolt the sku should be present within the POS ID field
