  2. What is the process to fill the cashmatic due to lack of money?
    1. You can perform a refill from the cashmatic browser site
    2. Or you can utilise the admin web extension provided by Ilglu to refill the cashmatic.
      1. Note that a PIN would be required and is set during the connection setup process.
  3. Who performs firmware or cashmatic updates?
    1. You need to communicate with the Cashmatic reseller/technician to perform any updates needed.
  4. Option to turn off Cashmatic connection from POS
    1. No. To turn off the cashmatic connection, you need to disable it. Follow the guide: How to disable connection
  5. Is the payment on a minimum-duration contract?
    1. No, you can switch off the integration at any point in time. Note that the payment is handled pro-rata, so you pay upon enablement for the coming month.
  6. What to do if an error occurs?
    1. Lightspeed will react based on the response it receives from Cashmatic. If the transaction is marked as completed with success, Lightspeed will mark the transaction as paid.
    2. If you have missing money in the machine, communicate with Cashmatic, as there might have been a miscalculation issue
    3. If you have money in the machine but the system is not returning the amount and informing that the amount is low, communicate with Cashmatic support, as this might be related to Cashmatic configurations.
